Don't use Sunscreen with protection
factor (SPF) lower than 30.
To help protect against sunburns due sun's ultraviolet (UV) radiation we should avoid sun exposure from 11 am till 4 pm. Mainly with children, even with Sunscreen this exposure should be avoided.
Where to Buy ?
Can be found in local Pharmacies and often in any shop near beach areas or supermarkets. In Pharmacies a professional can recommend or suggest right choice for your right protection factor (but never than 30 SPF).
Many sunscreens do not block UV radiation, which does not primarily cause sunburn but can increase the rate of melanoma and photodermatitis.
Note: Even with cloudy weather the sun radiation is identical, sunscreens must be used.
